Perfect for those celebrating intimate special moments. Designed for occasions of 50 guests or less. Great for micro weddings, backyard BBQs, birthday parties+!

Includes:

  • Custom-built horse trailer mobile bar rental for up to 3 hours

  • Setup, breakdown, clean up and staging of bar, select décor

  • 50 miles of travel from 12866 included (total miles). Additional fee for mileage beyond 50 miles.

  • 3 hours of bar service (beer and wine only) with TIPS trained bartenders (upgrade to Full Bar Package; call for pricing)

  • Basic mixer package included

  • Up to 2 beverages on tap using state of the art Lindr Draught System if desired (1/6 barrels preferred)

  • Ice, cups, napkins, straws, coolers, bar tools

  • General Liability Insurance and Liquor Liability Insurance

  • Consultation of alcohol options, shopping list, quantity consultation, assistance in ordering and delivery.

Need more time? Additional hours available. Call for rate.

Due to New York State Liquor Laws, client must provide all alcohol

Perfect for those events which call for a big celebration. Designed for occasions of 125- 150 guests (minimum of 100 guests). Great for large weddings and gatherings!

Includes:  Prep and serving of champagne, disposable flutes.

Includes: Assortment of tea, regular and decaf, creamer, sugar and artificial sweetener, cups, stirrers.

Includes: Chic black table, fruit infused water, ice tea or lemonade, and cups

Generator Rental: CALL FOR RATE

Includes: Use of 2000w generator to provide power to the trailer for duration of event. Required is sufficient power supply is not provided at venue.

Barrels: CALL FOR RATE

Includes: Daily rental of rustic whiskey barrels for event. To be used as décor or high top standing tables to accent the trailer.

Barrel Bar Setup:  CALL FOR RATE

Includes: Daily rental of rustic whiskey barrels and live edge red oak bar top for event. To be used as a satellite bar, hydration station, welcome table, decoration, etc.

Seasonal Flowers: Custom Pricing

Includes: Floral assortment for decoration of trailer. Inquire for further details.
